Our mission is to grow diverse participation in outdoors and conservation activities by introducing and training urban, suburban, and rural area youth and adults in the Nature Wellness and "STEM education path" of fishing, birding, archery, motorsports, hunting heritage, agriculture, equine, conservation, and wildlife education activities.

​We are in our 17th year and have trained and introduced over 24,000 students to these wildlife, recreation, and natural resource environments.

Our Nature Wellness activities utilize the diverse outdoor and educational resources of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Maryland, and Maine. Our Mid-Atlantic Youth Anglers operation has become part of the team effort with Camp Oak Hill (Nottingham, Southern Lancaster County, PA). Our outdoors 

training activities have now combined with Camp Oak Hill's legacy of providing camp experiences for youth and adult group activities and serving as our training site for birding and wildlife habitat activities. Our land preservation activities with Camp Oak Hill focus on wildlife habitats on culturally-sensitive properties that are part of the Underground Railroads "trails".

2025 Activities:

• Customized Nature Wellness fishing, birding, wildlife, and recreational training sessions for schools, youth organizations, camps, parent, and employee groups.
   

• Development of outdoor recreation plans and activities for organizations and companies providing enhanced opportunities for employees, customers/clients, residents, visitors and tourists.
   

• Wildlife, Conservation & Agricultural Education Initiatives 

  • Delaware River Watershed region – Southern NY, New Jersey, Central & Southeastern Pennsylvania, and Delaware

  • Chesapeake Bay Watershed – Pennsylvania's Susquehanna River  to Maryland's Upper Chesapeake Bay region

  • Augusta and Acadia Maine - Fishing, Birding and Interpretative Nature Education activities

  • Fishing and conservation training sessions at outdoor retail stores and events

  • Outdoors activities training and resources for Delaware River, Chesapeake Bay and Maine watershed organizations

  • Fishing equipment donation support to our partner organizations

  • Expansion of our George Washington Carver Sustainable and Regenerative Agriculture and Floriculture Education initiative
     

• Development of Deer and Wildlife Management Plans for Property Owners:
  -  Assessment of deer damage to landscape areas
  -  Recommendations and management of a year-round plan
   

• Diversity Innovation Services for Conservation, Outdoors organizations and aligned Mission-Driven companies:
  -  Expanding diversity skill sets at the Board level, management, staff, program participants and
      volunteers
  -  Customized trainings for Board, management, staff and volunteers
